Elevate Consulting, LLC is a consulting firm located near Cincinnati specializing in helping your business reach it's maximum productive potential in the office and manufacturing environments. One of the core values of Elevate Consulting is to develop your business leaders to understand lean principles and how to apply them in your unique business setting. We want to create lean leaders within your organization so they can make change happen at an accelerated pace to drive improved business results.

We use a combination of classroom and hands-on training with a "train" and "go do" kaizen approach to make sure leaders at all levels of the organization fully understand the lean principles throughout site transformations.

Amy Harris

President

Amy Harris is the president and owner of Elevate Consulting, LLC. Amy has over 20 years experience with Lean Enterprise implementations with Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Amy was a Director of Lean at Parker Hannifin Corporation for more than ten years.

She has successfully completed full scale lean implementations for manufacturing and administrative site locations around the world on four continents resulting in double digit productivity and inventory improvements that drove bottom line profitability increases.

Amy has a BS Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and an MBA from Xavier University. Ms. Harris has traveled and worked in over 40 countries worldwide for global experience and cultural immersion. She has also taught Operations Management in the MBA program at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Senior level consultants are available to facilitate teams through setting strategic direction for continuous improvement, onsite training and full scale lean and six sigma transformations across the enterprise.

Junior level associates are available to lead hands-on improvement events and to assist in the implementation of lean and six sigma activities in the office and manufacturing area of your business.
